1. Activate the new battery
Generally, there should be 3% Power in a new laptop battery .Then you should use it out instead of charging it. Do it thrice. Every time you charge should be more than 12 hours.
2. Reduce the battery usage as soon as possible
The charge and Discharge are related with the lifespan of laptop battery. The more time you charge it, the faster it will be broken. If you put in and put out the power for several times in one day, and there is battery in your laptop, that will damage more. Because every extend power access means charging one time.
3. Avoid longer charging time and recharge only after using out
You have to use the battery out before you charge it. Besides, you should avoid charge it too longer. Through long time storing, the laptop battery would discharge which would not influence the battery volume.
