I initially received the wrong battery.  Mambate told me to submit a new order for another one.   Mambate immediately sent me the correct one 2nd day air with a $15.00 check made out to me to cover the shipping expense.  My credit card account was credited with the old (wrong battery) charge within 2 days of receiving it back via prepaid shipping label.  Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from an online purchase.
